We strive to provide teams with an advanced understanding of technical and tactical fundamentals to help your players develop quickly as individuals, as a team and as people.
By providing a high quality service to the teams we work work with, our aim is to raise the standard of football from the ground upwards with each and every player who is involved. Our service helps individual players and teams develop, as well as helping the managers and volunteers by taking the strain and commitment of regular training away.
We now currently work with over 40 different teams across the week in and around Cambridgeshire and are overwhelmed with the positive feedback we receive
We have a development plan which ensures each team we work with has a detailed and progressive structure to their training, meaning that each and every club we work with gets the best of what Over & In has to offer.
In addition, we are passionate about teaching respect and fair play to ensure that as young players they have a greater understanding of the game as a whole and a respect for those all who are involved.
Our coaches take a personal pride in getting to know each player which makes them feel valued and want to learn. Each session is set up and prepared before players arrive which creates a structured environment where players can focus mentally and be ready to learn.
We put an emphasis on hard work, attitude and application, irrelevant of ability to maximise each players development. An Over & In coach is unique because they value the importance of expressing an authentic and charismatic persona paired with a genuine knowledge and detail of the topic they are delivering!
Our coaching ethos is based around educating players to be calm and comfortable on the ball using their intellect and tactical understanding to find solutions to succeed. We aim to instil honesty, integrity and respect in all players we work with and feel each child should develop key life skills from playing football with us, similar to what yo would see in other sports such as rugby.
